Rockcastle is well known for many caves - from small to 18 miles. Many of these caves have been mapped, but there is no central location for finished maps. This section is made up of 'modern' cave maps from about 1980 to present day

Just north and east of Rockcastle county, Jackson has a large potential for caves that is still largely untapped

Southwest of Pulaski and Somerset,  Wayne County currently has many survey projects
